Creekside High School-2014 California Model Continuation High School
We are pleased to announce that Creekside High School was selected as a 2014 California Model Continuation High School. CHS was one of 25 continuation schools in the state of California to receive this prestigious honor. It is the highest honor a continuation high school can receive. We are extremely grateful to the students, parents and community that came out to support  us as we went through the process of achieving model school status! We would have never made it without your support.
