Design a Board Game for Math or Science
Your task is to design a game to help practice your math/ science skills. You will have to make a few decisions before designing your game:
· What skills do you want to practice in the game?
· Do you want to work alone or with a partner? (partner must be in your class)
You may begin brainstorming your game once you have successfully made up your mind in answering the above questions. Please make sure that your game meets the following conditions:
· Be sure to include a typed sheet of directions explaining how to play the game.
· Be sure to explain how a player can win the game .
· Include an answer key.
· You may use pieces from another game, but please make sure that you ask if you are allowed to borrow game pieces.
· Design a box for your game in order to sell it. Be creative.
· Make sure all pieces for the game fit in the box.
· Have fun with this assignment!
Please turn this sheet over and read through the rubric. This integer project will be worth a total of 25 points. You must turn in the rubric with the game. Please be sure to use the rubric as a checklist, as this will help ensure that you have not missed any important game components.
