New Students

 

Step 2 - complete all district forms

The MVUSD website contains several forms that must be completed and returned during registration. All forms can be downloaded from the district website or picked up at the school office during operating hours.
  • Go to the New Student Registration page on the MVUSD website.
  • Read the "Read Only" forms.
  • Download, complete, and print the required forms.
