The Murrieta Valley Unified School District is committed to preparing students to meet the demands of the 21st Century. This includes our commitment to providing a working environment for staff that reflects a changing generation of teachers. The following presentation is intended to share five principles found through the Generations at Work research as organizational practices that will become commonplace after the year 2020. We also hope to gather input that will help us develop policies and provide resources that will support the implementation of practices that will meet the needs of both students and teachers in the coming years.
