• NIGHTHAWK WRESTLING SCHEDULE
     
    The MVHS Wrestling Program trains & competes year round. We divide our training into 4 sessions: FALL PRE-SEASON, SEASON, OFF-SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP. 
     
    FALL PRE-SEASON
    • Pre-Season Wrestling practice begins the second week of the new school year.
    • Practices are held 3-4 days per week. 
    • Practices include technique, drills, live wrestling, lifting & conditioning.
    SEASON 
    • Wrestling is a Winter Sport.
    • Season begins in October and runs till the end of February.
    • Practices are held 5 days per week. 
    • Practices include technique, drills, live wrestling, lifting & conditioning. 

    OFF-SEASON SPRING TRAINING

    • Off-Season Spring Training begins after spring break and runs till the end of May.
    • Practices are held 4 days per week, with Friday Open Room.
    • Practices include technique, drills, live wrestling, lifting & conditioning. 

    SUMMER CAMP

    • Summer Camp is a 4 week program, starting the first week of summer.
    • Practices are held 4 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
    • Practices include technique, drills, live wrestling, lifting & conditioning.
