    PURSUANT TO GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM’S MARCH 17, 2020 EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20
    BOARD MEETINGS  WILL BE HELD AS A TELECONFERENCE MEETING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
     

    MODIFIED Public Comment procedure during COVID-19 Pandemic:

    Individuals who wish to address the Board are asked to submit their comments in writing two hours prior to the start of the meeting. The written public comment  can be submitted by clicking this text or by sending an email with PUBLIC COMMENT in the subject line to  jadiaz@murrieta.k12.ca.us.  If sending an email in lieu of completing the form, please be sure to include your name and reference the agenda item, if applicable, or subject matter.  A staff member will facilitate the reading of public comment submissions.  In accordance with Board Bylaw 9323, each individual public comment shall be allowed a three minute reading. The Governing Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes. No action or discussion will be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except as authorized by law. (Education Code 35145.5)

    Recordings of Board Meetings will be available for public view on the District YouTube channel for 30 days from the original meeting date.

    Public sessions for regular meetings are usually held at 5:00 p.m. at the District Support Center located at 41870 McAlby Court, Murrieta. Meetings are subject to change pending posting of the official agenda 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

If held, these meetings are located at the Murrieta Valley Unified School District Support Center. The time and place of special meetings are subject to change pending posting of the agenda
