Announcing the Virtual 2021 STEM Summer Learning Labs for High School Student Registration, Now Open!
The Science and Technology Education Partnership (STEP) was established to bridge the skills gap between our K-12 students and high-technology industry needs. STEP supports programs that serve to ignite the imagination of students so that they might pursue promising careers in high - technology fields. It also provides hands-on training to hundreds of K-12 educators ensuring they have the latest tools to keep our students competitive in the global marketplace.
The 2021 Summer Learning Labs are focused on Careers in STEM. High School students will work in teams of 5 on Design Challenge Projects. There is no cost to participate. The prizes that will be shared by winning teams are the following: $1,000 for First Place teams, $750 for Second Place teams and $500 for Third Place teams.

During the event, LAUNCH will share the benefits of apprenticeships such as attend college tuition-free and get a job in the industry.
