Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend all board meetings. Open sessions for meetings are generally held at 5:00 p.m. at the Murrieta Valley Unified School District Boardroom, 41870 McAlby Court, Murrieta, CA. The meetings will also continue to be available on the Murrieta Valley USD Board of Education YouTube channel.

Individuals wishing to address the Board are asked to complete a “Request to Address the Board of Education” card located at the entrance to the Boardroom and submit their request to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent & Board. Speakers shall be first recognized by the presiding officer at the designated time on the agenda. In accordance with Board Bylaw 9323, individual speakers shall be allowed up to three minutes to address the Board on each agenda or non-agenda item. The Governing Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to 20 minutes. No action or discussion shall be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except as authorized by law. (Education Code 35145.5)
