Measure BB Meetings
All Measure BB Bond Oversight Committee meetings are open to the public and subject to the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act.
The Citizens' Oversight Committee represents the community's interests, monitors the implementation of Measure BB and reports their findings to the community. In addition to reviewing the use of general obligation bond funds, the Committee regularly reviews scheduling, budgeting, planning and construction of projects funded by the bond measure and verifies that work is completed.
