The employee assistance program is available to all employees and members of their immediate household, regardless of benefit eligibility or medical coverage.

This confidential program provides comprehensive support for various personal and professional challenges, including stress, family issues, mental health concerns, and more. The new EAP offers up to eight (8) face-to-face counseling sessions per incident, complemented by additional resources.

This benefit is independent of any mental health coverage included in your medical plan and is accessible to all, regardless of Anthem or Kaiser enrollment.
