Express Scripts provides prescription coverage for Anthem members and will send out a separate Rx ID card.

- Click "Find Care" in the upper right hand corner
- Go to Search as Guest
- Search by Selecting a Plan or Network Select Medical
- What state do you want to search in? Select California
- How you get health insurance? Select Medical (Employer-Sponsored)
- Select plan/network:
- HMO 30 – Enter Blue Cross HMO (CACare)-Large group
- DHMO 500 – Enter Select HMO
- PPO Plans – Enter Blue Cross PPO (prudent buyer)-Large groups
- Out-of-State PPO Plans- Enter National PPO (BlueCard PPO)
- Enter the name of your current medical provider and Click Search or answer the questions to search for a new provider
