- DocuSign is not accepted
- Google Docs are not accepted
- Adobe Sign or any other electronic agreements are not accepted
- Please sign and complete agreement prior to sending; fully executed copy will be returned when available.
- Preferred term is “Until Termed” (agreement continues unless either party terminates).
