Madison National Life Insurance (Effective 7/1/25)
Employees are covered under a $50,000.00 Basic Group Life Insurance as part of the health insurance package and there is an option to increase coverage up to 5 times the employee's annual salary (up to $500,000.00) and elect coverage for a spouse or child(ren). The election of additional life insurance may require the completion of a Madison National Life online Statement of Health (SOH).
Madison National Life Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
The basic purpose of AD&D is to provide for many of the unexpected expenses following an unexpected loss. MVUSD employees are covered by $1,000.00 policy under the health insurance package, with an option to increase coverage that includes spousal or child(ren) coverage.
