Student Enrichment Extended Day (SEED) (Before & After School Programs)

Our SEED (Student Enrichment and Extended Day) classrooms are designed to support the unique needs of children before and after school. Each classroom is arranged according to the School-Age Care Environmental Rating Scale (SACERS) to promote an engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment.
SACERS focuses on six core domains:
- Space and Furnishings
- Activities
- Health and Safety
- Interactions
- Program Structure
- Staff Development
To ensure the highest quality, all SEED classrooms undergo annual SACERS assessments.
Before and After School Standards
- Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer camps during school breaks
- Second Step Social/Emotional Learning
- Outdoor Structured Activities
- Hands-on STEAM projects
- School Age Environmental Rating Scale
- After-school snacks are provided.
SEED Program Goals
