Intra-district Transfers
All transfers are based on space availability and there is no appeal process for intra-district transfers. Transfer requests are not on a first come, first serve basis. Per District Policy, priority is given to siblings of students attending a school site requested upon space availability.
Inter-district Transfers
Parents wishing to appeal a denial of an Inter-district transfer request may appeal in writing within 30 days from the date of the denial letter to:

If the appeal is denied, then parents have the right to appeal that decision within 30 days to the Riverside County Board of Education.
