Please bring the printed packet, your child's birth certificate, immunization record, two proofs of residency, and identification for the parent.
For returning Students:
Parents of returning students, (when prompted by the automated phone system-close to the start of the new school year), please log into your parent portal account using your email and password to update/complete the annual student information forms online.
Throughout the school year, you may review your student’s information, as well as review your student’s attendance information. Should you need to make further changes during the school year, you may contact the front office to assist you with these needs.
