The Device Survey Request link was emailed to families this week and is also located above. Please complete and submit the brief survey, along with the Device Agreement form that must be submitted during pickup. The agreement forms are provided above. Copies of the Device Agreement form will also be available at the school. Device pickup will be by last name. Dates are as follows: Monday Aug. 10th (A-H), Tuesday Aug. 11th (I-Q), and Wednesday Aug. 12th (R-Z). Please walk directly to the library through the school gates.
