Ms. Demetrion-Hodges began teaching in 1990 obtaining a Masters in Special Education and a Specialist Instruction Credential from Azusa Pacific University, a Bachelor of Arts and a single subject secondary credential from the University of La Verne, in addition to holding CLAD and Autism certificates. Ms Demetrion-Hodges experience ranges from teaching adults to preschoolers in the general education and special education settings, serving as department lead, coaching, club advisor, a master teacher and a mentor within the Induction program for Murrieta Valley Unified School District. She has served terms on many school Booster organizations, received Teacher of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year awards for her dedication to support students and staff. Ms D believes that school is a safe place for all. Her philosophy is once you have entered her class, you are no longer just a student, you one of Ms. D's kids.
