    If you are feeling overwhelmed practice your calming down techniques. 

    • Breathe

    • Count to 10 or 100

    • Go Outside for Fresh Air

    • Call a Family Member or Friend on the Phone

    • Paint

    • Journal

    • Draw

    • Blow Bubbles

    • Ask an adult to check out some relaxing meditation videos

    • Ask for a hug
