    It is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to our website where you will find information about our school including a calendar of events, links to staff email addresses and phone numbers, PTSA information, our handbook, as well as a great deal of other information. Please check back here frequently, as we are constantly updating our website.

    Our focus at Warm Springs is to inspire all kids to think, to learn, to achieve, and to care with P.R.I.D.E. (Purpose, Rigor, Integrity, Determination, and Empowerment)  To these ends, we offer a full range of programs including, but not limited to AVID, Band, Choir, Spanish, Art, WEB, Academic interventions (Wildcat Den), ASB, Yearbook, Photography, Pridevision, Coding, Robotics, SOS, and Intramural Sports, to name just a few.
     

    The staff at Warm Springs is committed to a focus on student learning, which takes place through our Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s), where teachers share information about their instructional methods and review student learning and achievement. In addition, the staff is committed to the implementation of schoolwide AVID strategies and best teaching practices.

    We invite parents to participate in educational programs at all levels, particularly through involvement with the site PTSA and our Site Council, as well as our monthly PRIDE Rallies and semester Renaissance Celebrations.

    Mr. Picchiottino was appointed Principal of Warm Springs Middle School beginning July, 2013.

    Mr. Picchiottino has been the Principal at Alta Murrieta Elementary for the past nine years and, before becoming Principal, he was Assistant Principal at Alta Murrieta for three years. Mr. Picchiottino also has nine years of teaching experience.

    Mr. Picchiottino earned his BA degree and teaching credential from San Diego State University and he has a master’s degree and his administrative credential from Azusa Pacific University.
