IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
This information is especially important for new and/or transfer students. Although we are in the midst of an unexpected public health crisis, immunization requirements are still in place. The Public Health Department has been informing pediatricians that maintaining vaccination schedules remains a priority. Your healthcare provider should have well-child visits available to ensure immunizations are up-to-date. Immunization information from the State Public Health Department can be viewed at www.shotsforschool.orgIf you need resources for obtaining immunizations, please contact your School Nurse. We can accept copies via e-mail, fax, or in-person (kindly wear a mask if visiting the school office). Please make sure your child’s name is visible on the record copy. Call the health office for specific contact information. We are here to help!
