Every Monday is an Early Release Day with a 2:00 pm dismissal. Please plan accordingly! Dismissal is at 3:00 Tuesday through Friday. Make sure your child knows where to meet you after school.
Please make sure you download the app and sign up for Class Dojo. This is my main form of communication. I will be sending information regarding important announcements, events, and even pictures of your child learning that you won't want to miss! This will also serve as my class management tool that allows you to see how well your child is meeting behavior expectations. Students can earn Dojo dollars to buy items in my store!
We are always happy to accept donations! Some common supplies that we use frequently and are always in need of are: Elmer's glue sticks, Elmer's white liquid glue, Magic Erasers, Clorox/Lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, and tissues. Other items such as Crayola crayons (24pack), pencils, highlighters, markers, colored pencils, spiral notebooks, and composition notebooks are great to donate at the beginning of the school year to help us get started with our learning!
Please have your child read nightly for 20 minutes. Your child should read their Accelerated Reader (AR) book at home and be ready to take a quiz on it at school. I may also send home math homework or other assignments based on your child's needs, so please make sure your child brings their homework folder to school every day!
Our library day is Friday! Please make sure to have your child return their library books every Friday or they won't be able to check out new books.
