Ms. Richardson
Ms. Richardson is honored to serve as your elementary school counselor. With 14 years of experience as an educator, she has had the privilege of teaching in diverse environments across Hawaii, Northern and Southern California, including on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the unique needs of our students and their families.
Ms. Richardson's journey as a counselor is enriched by her clinical training, which allows her to effectively support students and families experiencing trauma, loss, and challenging life transitions. Additionally, her experience as a grief therapist has provided her with specialized skills in helping those who are grieving the death of loved ones and coping with other personal losses.
As a former military family, Ms.Richardson's understands the distinct challenges that military families face. This background enables her to offer informed and compassionate support to our military-connected students and their families.
