Welcome to Second Grade!

My name is Renee Vaughn and I have been a teacher for 24 years (20 of those years have been in Second Grade). I absolutely love what I do! I have been married to my wonderful husband for 30 years and together we have raised three children of our own. They are all adults now, and I am very proud of them! I grew up in the Temecula Valley with my mom, dad, and two brothers, so I guess you can say I am a “local”.  When I am not teaching, I love going for long walks with my dog Maggie, riding bikes with my husband, cooking, traveling, reading, going to the movies, and spending as much time as I can with friends and family.
