Attention Parents of Current 6th Grade Students
All incoming 7th grade students for the 2013/14 school year are required to receive the Whooping Cough Vaccine (TDAP) before entry into the 7th grade.  A copy of the updated immunization card showing TDAP was given after their 7th birthday, or proof from your student's physician, is required before the first day of school.  Students without documentation will be excluded from attending classes when school resumes.
