Welcome to 3^rd Grade! My name is Mrs. Enerson and I am excited about the year our class has in store! I can’t wait to watch each of you grow as you develop your own individual gifts and talents this year and transform in ways you never thought possible!

I will encourage each of you to achieve your personal best (what we used to call your “PR” in my track and field days). Our classroom community will be helpful and encouraging, and we will work together as a team. Your creativity will shine, as I love bringing the arts into the classroom throughout our lessons. I will encourage in each of you a love for learning and remind you daily that, “Whatever you do, do it with H.E.A.R.T.!”

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State University, Fullerton, where I also ran track and field and cross country! In addition, I hold a Master’s Degree in Education/Teacher Leadership from Vanguard University.

I am entering my 11^th year of teaching, and this is my second year at LJM teaching 3rd Grade. I absolutely love it! I have also taught Kindergarten, 1^st Grade, 5^th Grade, and 6^th Grade. I have three beautiful children who are all current and former Lisa J. Mails Monarchs! I enjoy traveling with my family, watching my daughters dance, reading books, exploring the beach, and of course, teaching!

I'm looking forward to a wonderful year and can't wait to meet my new students!
