Welcome to the Murrieta Valley Unified School District where our focus is on individual student academic success and our mission is to inspire every student to think, to learn, to achieve, to care. 

Registration is now available online to both  new and returning students.  Paper copies of all the forms are also available for pick-up at all school offices during regular office hours.

2015/16 Timeline 

December 9 District accepts NEW  Intra-district Transfer requests (K-12)

January 13

District accepts NEW and RENEWAL Inter-district Transfer requests.

January 13  Online Enrollment for Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten and new students begins.  Registration packets are also available at school sites.

February 13

Last day to submit RENEWAL AND NEW Inter-districtTransfer requests during Open Enrollment.

February 13 Last day to submit NEW Intra-district Transfer requests to school sites during Open Enrollment

March 9

Online Enrollment for NEW elementary students -parents may begin to submit requested records to school sites to complete registration. See the school websites for more information.  

June 12

Parents/guardians of Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will receive notification of placement at the home school and morning or afternoon session.  Notification of determination on Intra-district and Inter-district transfer requests will be sent. 



      Registration Links 
  • Intradistrict transfer requests (inside the district transfers) are processed at the school site.  Submit the Intradistrict Transfer request to the school site you wish to have student attend.
  • To complete enrollment for new students, all registration forms, birth certification/verification of age, immunization records, physical and verification of residence must be turned in to the school.  
  • Middle and High Schools provide separate registration information on their websites and by mail. 
  • At certain times during the school year MVUSD Elementary and Middle Schools may be at or near capacity. When that occurs, new students may be assigned to another school in the Murrieta Valley Unified School District where classroom space exists. For current information on a school's enrollment capacity, contact the school office.
