With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic growth of students at E Hale Curran. As an Elementary School Counselor since 2019, I have worked closely with students, teachers, and families to create a positive, supportive environment where children can thrive.
Before transitioning into counseling, I spent many years as a preschool teacher, helping young learners build foundational skills in a nurturing and inclusive setting. This diverse background, combined with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in educational clinical counseling, allows me to offer a unique, holistic approach to student development. I hold both a PPS Credential and an APCC License, further enhancing their expertise in supporting students' mental health and well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with family and friends. I am passionate about fostering a safe and caring school community where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered.
