You may also call and make an appointment to come to the window. The best time to come to the window for assistance is between 8am - 1pm. Payments can not be accepted over the phone. We do not accept checks. The Bookkeeper Window is open for students before school, at break, at lunch, and after school. Students need to have their ID ready to scan and their money unfolded to hand in. PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENT MATERIAL DONATIONS AND SUMMER CAMP FEES ARE CASH ONLY AT THE BOOKKEEPER WINDOW.Purchases available at the Bookkeeper's Window include:
- School Event Tickets (NOT SPORTING EVENTS)
- PE Clothes
- Team Spirit Packs
- USB Cards
- Textbook/Library Fines
- Class Gear
- Parking Permits (PLEASE BRING A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR DRIVER"S LICENSE)
The Bookkeeper's Window is open to assist students after school until 3:00 p.m.
Students can make their purchases with cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. There will be a 5% fee added to all credit card purchases. Murrieta Mesa High School does not accept personal checks. Students must have their current School ID Card to make purchases.
If a student has lost his/her School ID Card, a replacement ID must be obtained at a cost of $5.00 before purchases can be made at the Bookkeeper's Window.
Student's are allowed one Parking Permit replacement per school year. The cost of a Replacement Permit is $35.Murrieta Mesa High School is very excited to announce that most purchases can now be made online using the Ram Shack Online store for students, parents and the community. This online store allows school purchases to be made securely via the internet, in the comfort of your own home, 24 hours a day! The online store alleviates the need to come to the Bookkeeper's Office to make purchases. If you have trouble logging in to the webstore, please try using the your student's 9 digit ID for the user and the first initial last name for the password. (Example:John Smith would be - User:999999999 Password:jsmith) If this doesn't work, please send an email to the above email address to request a reset of the password. FOR BEST RECORD KEEPING, PLEASE USE YOUR STUDENT'S ACCOUNT, NOT A PARENT ACCOUNT.Tips on how you can help make the line move quickly:1. Have your ID out2. Know what you are purchasing.3.
