All About Our Programs

Reading Counts 

All students in 1st through 5th grade participate in a school-wide program called Reading Counts. Students read books within their lexile range. After completing a book, students take a Reading Counts test and receive points for receiving a score of at least 70%. Every student is expected to reach 100 points by the end of the school year. Students progress is monitored. As they progress toward their goal they earn rewards and are recognized for their accomplishments.

Read 180 

This is a program for our fourth and fifth grade students who have been selected by our teachers and Learning Center team after careful review of their data. Read 180 Universal presents blended learning opportunities for students. The technology will target individual students needs. 

Math 180 

This is a program for our fourth and fifth grade students who have been selected by our teachers and Learning Center team after careful review of their data. Math 180 is designed around three core ideas to improve the learning process in mathematics. 

     Growth Mindset is the key to building stamina to "struggle" and learn new strategies. 

     Core Within the Core is focusing on deep understanding and mastery of the essential concepts necessary to unlock mathematics.

     A Force Multiplier dramatically increases or multiplies effectiveness. The program equips students with technology, and resources needed to do their best. 

System 44

This is a program primarily for our third and fourth grade students who have been selected by our teachers and Learning Center team after careful review of their data. System 44 is designed to meet the needs of our most challenged readers. System 44 focuses on students becoming proficient readers, writers, speakers, and thinkers. 

Imagine Learning

This is a program used during the school year with our English Language learners and other students who have been referred by their teachers or the Learning Center team. Imagine Learning Language and Literacy is an adaptive and interactive program that teaches language and literacy concepts at the students level and helps them practice what they have learned. 

Read Live Naturally 

This is an online program geared toward our first through third grade students. This program provides teacher modeling, repeated reading, and consistent progress monitoring. Students work at their own pace in appropriately leveled materials.

iRead

A foundational reading program designed to close the achievement gap before it begins and places ALL kindergarten through second students on a predictable path to college and career. The adaptive curriculum was developed based on the latest research on cognitive science about how young children learn to read. 

iReady

iReady is a web-based e-learning platform that provides student with important online learning. The learning is personalized to your student in both math and reading. Students work on their learning path while teachers monitor students work and provide additional lessons on content students are struggling with before students continue on their learning path.
