Hi! Do you want to join the Art Club? Everyone is welcome to join in. Here's how:

1. Find a sketchbook of some kind - it can be a hardcover one, spiral-bound one or whatever you can find. You can even use a composition book or a spiral notebook. Paper comes in all shapes and sizes - and you can do art on any kind.
2. Gather art supplies - these can be simple pen and pencil, markers, crayons, paints, glue/scissors and more. Use what you have. You can always learn about new supplies and add to your collection as you do more art.
3. This is the most important part - MAKE SOME ART EVERY SINGLE DAY. That's what Art Club is all about - making art every day to build a consistent practice of creating. The more you do, the more ideas you will build in the collection in your brain.

There isn't anything to sign up for, any meetings to go to or anything else special you need to do. Just go make art every day. Come up with your own ideas or use the suggestions on this page. Scroll down through the multi-page handout below for ideas.

Every so often, Mrs. Wallace will announce that people can bring their sketchbooks to school and we will share what we have been creating. 

But, for now - get something to make art with and make art! That's all you need to do to be a part of art club!
