    The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service involvement for California high school students.  Founded in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation is the oldest scholarship institution in the state of California.
    Welcome New Members 
    Membership starts here and
    must be completed each semester-
    Follow Instructions Below:
    1. Print out Membership Application Form-(link to form )
    grades are based on last semester 
    Submit Completed Application to CSF Portal link:

    2. Complete CSF Member Information Form -
    3. After we received the application and form information, we will review.  Upon Approval you will receive a link to pay the bookkeeper and an email congratulating you on your membership.
    4.Approval to Join link will be sent to your Office 365 account to pay $10 to the Bookkeeper for CSF dues or you can go to school and pay at bookkeeper Window . Email bookkeeper for questions on account locks:  klawrence@murrieta.k12.ca.us

    Community Involvement is a Core Requirement

    for active membership:

    CSF Community service involvement is earned by a variety
    of ways including tutoring, community service projects and
    community activities.    
    The following PDF -Community Involvement Form
    is required for each semester to maintain membership:

    CSF Membership is based on scholarship. citizenship and is gained after qualifying grades and review for are each semester.  Important to apply each semester
    In order to become a member, the student must submit an application each semester the student is eligible. A point system specified in the CSF State By-Laws establishes the membership requirements including qualification based on grades, participation and citizenship.
    To secure eligibility for CSF membership, a student must earn sufficient points from pre-approved course lists. The majority of the required membership points must come from University of California (A-G) accepted course work.
    Associate Membership (non-voting) available for Sophomores (1st semester) and Freshmen.  We would love to have you join us for activities and tutoring. 
    Life Membership (Sealbearer) is achieved by qualifying four or more semesters in the last three years of high school beginning with 2nd Semester -10th grade.

    Tutoring on Monday - Late Start mornings in the library and 
    after school tutoring on Wednesday, Thursdays in the library.  
    Sign up in the library and above.

    Other tutoring opportunities are available on and off campus during lunch or after school. Please refer to the Community Service form for off campus tutoring. The following teachers at MVHS have requested specific subject help for students:
