Founded in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation is the oldest scholarship institution in the state of California.Community Involvement FormsDue August 31 for Last SemesterApplication for Semester SpringBased on June 2023 grades due Sept. 15 for membersNew member application is due Sept. 30ABSOLUTELY no late applications. 1. All membership applications are completed online using your Office 365 account to log in.Please remember that all grades are based on last semester2. Active membership includes attendance at meetings and community involvement. We are a university recognized academic honors service club.After completion of the application, you will receive a Congratulations emailCourses to meet qualification are listed within the online portal.Refer to this form as you work through the application2. After we receive the application, we will review for approval. Please allow 2-3 weeks.3. Upon Approval you will receive a link to pay the bookkeeper and an email congratulating you on your membership.4.Approval to Join link will be sent to your Office 365 account to pay $10 to the Bookkeeper for CSF dues or you can go to school and pay at bookkeeper Window . Email bookkeeper for questions on account locks: klawrence@murrieta.k12.ca.usCSF Membership is based on scholarship and citizenship.It is gained after qualifying grades and citizenship are reviewed each semester.Membership includes community involvement and attendance at meetings.Important to apply each semesterIn order to become a member, the student must submit an application each semester the student is eligible.A point system specified in the CSF State By-Laws establishes the membership requirements including qualification based on grades, participation and citizenship.To secure eligibility for CSF membership, a student must earn sufficient points from pre-approved course lists. The majority of the required membership points must come from the University of California (A-G) accepted course work.Associate Membership (non-voting) available for Sophomores (1st semester) and Freshmen.We would love to have you join us for activities and tutoring.Life Membership (Sealbearer) is achieved by qualifying four or more semesters in the last three years of high school beginning with 2nd Semester -10th grade.Interested in being an Officer for 2022-2023 school year?We need dedicated Juniors and Sophomores to apply.Please print and drop off in room 648 with Mrs. SantelicesLink to application: Officer ApplicationImportant-REMIND SIGN-UP

Community Involvement is a Core Requirement

CSF Community service involvement is earned by a varietyof ways including tutoring, community service projects andcommunity activities.The following PDF -Community Involvement Formis required for each semester to maintain membership:Link to form: Continue to keep track of your hours.Pending due to current gathering restrictionsN/A during Emergency School ClosurePlease see Mrs. Santelices for questions.Tutoring Responsibility: Students are expected to participate in tutoring opportunities in the library for 5 hours per semester.Library tutoring on late start Wednesday plus Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 3:30. Participation confirmed via 5 Star and your community involvement form.This is our commitment to our campus.

Let's help our teachers with students during office hours. Find a teacher and show up to tutor students.
