Repaso del verbo ‘gustar’ | Gustar=to be pleasing to (to like)

When do you use gusta vs. gustan? | Use ‘gusta’ when: ONE thing is liked Me gusta la escuela you must always use the definite article with gustar describing activities (using a verb) Use 'gustan' when more than one thing is liked (plural) Me gustan las plumas. | ||||||
How do you clarify to whom something is pleasing? | Add:
¿A él le gustan las papas fritas? A mí me gusta mucho correr. | ||||||

How are nouns different in Spanish? | Every noun in Spanish has a gender and is either masculine or feminine. You can tell what gender a noun is by looking at either the ending of the word or the article that preceeds it. | ||||||
How are adjectives different in Spanish? | Adjectives describe nouns and they MUST match in gender and number the noun that they describe. If the adjective ends in an “o” change to “a” for feminine nouns.
