MCJROTC - LEADERSHIP EDUCATION I (LE I)

This course meets District graduation requirements for elective or physical education credit.
This course is designed for high school freshmen, sophomores or juniors. Leadership Education I introduces the cadets to the major subjects to lay a foundation for the grade levels to follow. This course emphasizes followership, development of leadership traits, and Marine Corps drill and ceremonies.MCJROTC - LEADERSHIP EDUCATION II (LE II)

Length: YearThis course meets District graduation requirements for elective or physical education credit.This second year course is designed for high school sophomores, juniors or seniors. This course reinforces concepts from MJROTC level I and emphasizes leadership theory, style and principles. Some leadership roles are assigned to second year cadets.MCJROTC - LEADERSHIP
EDUCATION III (LE III)

Course # 7977Prerequisite: Successful completion of LE II
Length: YearThis course meets District graduation requirements for elective or physical education or visual and performing arts credit.This third year course is designed for high school juniors or seniors. It emphasizes leadership training and leadership application. The majority of the cadet officers, drill team, color guard, and student instructors are normally third year cadets. Visual and performing arts credit is onlygranted for color guard or drill team members.
MCJROTC - LEADERSHIP EDUCATION IV

Course # 7978Prerequisite: Successful completion of LE III
Length: YearThis course meets District graduation requirements for elective or physical education or visual and performing arts credit.This fourth year course is designed for high school seniors. It emphasizes leadership training and leadership application. A number of fourth year cadets are assigned duties as student instructors for the lower level classes. Visual and performing arts credit is only granted for color guard or drill team members.
