D. Preguntas                        Use rising voice intonation or switch

    Sí o No                           the position of the subject on the verb.

                                       ¿Bailas?  ¿Escucha Ramón música rap?

  *Palabras                                    They have an accent on the accented vowel

    Interrogativas                   and an inverted question mark "¿" in front.

  1.To where?                                ¿Adónde van las chicas?  Van al gimnasio.

  2. Where?                                   ¿Dónde está mi clase?  Está cerca de arte.

  3. How much/many?                   ¿Cuántos pesos tienes?  Tengo seis pesos.

  (must agree with noun)           ¿Cuántas hamburguesas compras?  3!!

  4. How?                                       ¿Cómo se llama ella?  Se llama María.

  5.Which? (+ verb or “de”)       ¿Cuáles son tus libros?  Ellos son míos.

  6. When?                          ¿Cuándo es la clase?  Es a las 11:30.

  7. Why? (because = porque)       ¿Por qué estudias?  Quiero una A.

  8. What? (+ noun, no “de”)       ¿Qué fruta te gusta.  La manzana.

  9. Who?                                ¿Quiénes compran agua? ¡Todos!
