New Attendance Email ~ Due to the high number of attendance related phone calls our office currently receives, we’ve added an additional way for families to report absences. You can now send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include all information below and attach a doctor’s note when applicable.
- Student's full name (please spell the last name)
- Student's grade
- Name and relationship of the person making the report
- Date(s) of absence
- Reason for the absence
- A contact phone number and/or email address
