New Attendance Email ~ Due to the high number of attendance related phone calls our office currently receives, we’ve added an additional way for families to report absences.  You can now send a message to  In your email, please include all information below and attach a doctor’s note when applicable.

  • Student's full name (please spell the last name) 
  • Student's grade
  • Name and relationship of the person making the report 
  • Date(s) of absence 
  • Reason for the absence 
  • A contact phone number and/or email address
