    How to submit your completed community service - Students must bring the Community Service Form to the non-profit organization and have the supervisor sign the form and provide their contact information, type of work completed and the amount of hours earned.  The student needs to sign the form, have their parent sign the form, and then submit this completed for to their MVHS Counselor.  

    How many hours do I need?  Students can only earn their (40) hours of required community service at a NON-PROFIT Organization.  The submitted form must include the student's signaure, the parent's signature, and the signature of the agency representative who is authorizing that you have completed community service hours at their organization.

     


    Are you a NON-profit organizations looking for volunteers?  If you are a representative from a non-profit organization and you would like to solicit teen volunteers from Murrieta Valley High School, please contact the MVHS Counseling office at 951-696-1408 for details on how to promote your needs to our student body.
