Dear Colt Families,

Welcome to the school year!  I am proud to work alongside such an outstanding staff, parents, and community dedicated to the academic achievement of our students.  Together, we will ensure our students receive an exceptional middle school experience.

DMMS is proud to offer a challenging educational program, an award-winning visual and performing arts program, a competitive intramural program, and many clubs that offer something for everyone.  We encourage our students to get involved and stay involved.  We believe it is important to be connected to the school through positive relationships, a sense of community, and extracurricular activities in order to excel academically.

The staff at DMMS is dedicated to student success and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of each student to ensure they are prepared for high school, college, career, and beyond.  Parent involvement is also vital to your child’s success, and we ask that you continue to play an active role in their education.
