Computer Science, Multimedia and MAC News
I have taught at DMMS for seven years. I have three boys; Mason is 21 and plays baseball for the University of Hawaii, Hilo, Damian is 19, attends Boise State University in Idaho, and Jace is 16 and attends Vista Murrieta High School. When I am not teaching you can find me outside in my yard (I love plants and flowers), on a hike, or at the beach.
Teaching is my passion. My background is in child development where I have spent all of my career working with children of all ages in various learning environments. It is important to create an environment in which students are motivated to learn. I believe that a teacher’s positive attitude is a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes in the classroom.
My goal is to ensure that all students have the technology skills to be academically successful in the 21st century. In my classroom, we use Mac computers to do a variety of lessons and activities in video production and computer science.
All classroom information is found on my classroom Canvas site.
