Hello, my name is Ms. Ridgeway, and I am thrilled to be in my second year as the choir director at Dorothy McElhinney Middle School!

I earned my Bachelor of Music from the University of Redlands and am currently completing my graduate degree in Teaching at San Diego State University. My goal is to foster a passion for music in my students while maintaining a rigorous and engaging program that challenges them to grow as musicians and individuals. Our award-winning choir program is built on a foundation of excellence, dedication, and community, where every student has a place to shine.

I am excited to continue building a strong, supportive, and inspiring musical environment for all who walk through our doors!
