Parent Pay Student Enrichment Extended Day (SEED)
Beginning April 15, Family Services will be completing registrations online and through email for the 20/21 school year.

- Step 1: Please read "Registration Packet Instructions" below
- Step 2: Download and save the registration packet to your desktop
- Step 3: Complete fillable registration forms, then email your completed packet to firstname.lastname@example.org, and then watch for an email from Family Services regarding the next steps in the enrollment process.
* Processing times could take up to 4 weeks however, this will not affect your child’s spot as all applications are date and time-stamped.
