The Student Support Department staff provides leadership to schools and their communities through services that support enrollment, transfers, child welfare and attendance, discipline, health services, custody of student records, counseling services, high school athletics, and the behavioral health supports.

Student Support services include, but are not limited to:

• Attendance - School Attendance Review Board (SARB)
• Child custody issues - please email sshockley@murrieta.k12.ca.us or call 951 696-1600 x 1064
• Discipline - Consultation on suspensions, expulsions and other disciplinary matters 
• Enrollment / Registration (including proof of residency and enrollment for homeless children)
• Expulsion proceedings, including appeals, hearings and re-admissions
• Health Services
• Home Education / Home Schooling
• Overflow Process / Policy
• School Counseling
• Safe Schools
• Student Records Requests - General records requests go through the school site of attendance. Subpoena requests must be served in person at 41870 McAlby Ct. Murrieta, CA
• Education Verifications - Processed through Parchment.com
• Transfers (Intra/Inter-District)
• Parents Rights Annual Notification, SARB, School Fees, Special Education, Williams Complaints
