  • Beginning April 15, Family Services will be completing registrations online and through email for the 20/21 school year.

    • Step 1: Click the “Register Now” link below
    • Step 2: Click the blue "Create User" button on iPinwheel to register your family account.
    • Step 3: Click the blue "Begin Application" button to complete the online application, make sure to click the “Submit” button to confirm and then watch for an email from Family Services regarding the next steps in the enrollment process.

    * Processing times could take up to 4 weeks however, this will not affect your child’s spot as all applications are date and time-stamped.

     Murrieta Valley Unified School District’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) and SEED programs have several enrollment options to meet the economic needs of our families.

    Families enrolling in a state funded subsidized program may live or work in Southwest Riverside County and must meet current income guidelines to be eligible for admission.

    Parent Pay programs are available for families who exceed income qualifications and are open to any family living or working in Southwest Riverside County. 

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE)


    Part Day Preschool Program
    • Serves children 3 to 4 years old, operates 3 hours per day, five days per week, 180 days per year (follows the MVUSD school calendar). Class hours vary per school site. (Click here for Locations)
    • Subsidized and Parent Pay slots available
    Full Day Preschool Program
    • Is designed for working parents or parents who are attending school. The full-day program is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Is only available at Avaxat Elementary.
    • Toddler Room - Serves children 2 to 3 years old
    • Preschool Room - Serves children 4 to 5 years old
    • Subsidized and Parent Pay slots available
  • Student Enrichment Extended Day (SEED)


    • The SEED program is offered at every elementary school site with in the Murrieta Valley Unified Shool District
    • The SEED program is open to students in grades TK-5th
    • SEED sites are open daily from 6:30am-6:00pm
    • SEED sites follow the 180-day MVUSD student schedule
    • Sessions are customizable to fit your families needs:
      • Before School
      • Kinder Sessions
        • Early Bird
        • Late Bird (only offered at Avaxat)
      • After School: as late 6pm
    • Parent Pay and Subsidized slots available
