Intra-district Transfers

Parents wishing to appeal a denial of an Intra-district transfer within the MVUSD must make their appeal in writing within 30 days of the denial letter to:

Inter-district Transfers

Parents wishing to appeal a denial of an Inter-district transfer request may appeal in writing within 30 days from the date of the denial letter to:

Murrieta,  CA  92562 

If the appeal is denied, then parents have the right to appeal that decision within 30 days to the Riverside County Board of Education.
