Envoy Plan Services is the third party administrator for Murrieta Valley Unified School District's 403/457(b) Annuity Program. While the district does not endorse, recommend, or approve any service provider company selling 403/457(b) investment products, Envoy Plan Services provides a listing of vendors to provide general information as a service to our employees. 

Envoy Plan Services processes all transfers and exchange transactions. Salary Reduction Agreement forms are available on the Envoy Plan Services website.
