• Proof of Residency

     
    Two of the following documents are required for proof of residency:  
    • A rental agreement or rent payment receipt
    • Mortgage documents
    • Property tax payment receipts
    • A recent utility bill (gas, electric, phone, water, or cable)
    • Bank statement
    • Auto Insurance policy
    • Military housing orders

    If you are living with another family within district boundaries, you must provide a statement signed by yourself and the homeowner.  One of the documents listed above must also be provided as proof of residency.  (Note:  This is subject to verification by a home visit or other means.)

    If the student is living with another family within district boundaries, you must contact the district's Student Support Office at the District Support Center to complete a Caregiver affidavit  before enrollment can be completed.  (Note:  This is subject to verification by a home visit or other means.)

    Homeless Students

    If you are unable to produce proof of residency because the student is in a homeless situation, please call the District Homeless Liaison Shannon Tobias at the District Support Center, (951) 696-1600, extension 5071 or email Shannon for assistance.
