I teach Chemistry and Physics. I fell in love with science in 8th grade when I learned about the Bohr Model of the Atom. I was fascinated at the organization of nature and formed a desire to learn more of the "secrets of the universe."
I began teaching right after I graduated from the University of Redlands at the age of 22. I am now on my 11th year of teaching. I absolutely enjoy teaching and know that I was born to do it.
I feel blessed to be in the position to inspire young people and I hope to develop a joy and passion in them for science and for learning. I hope to teach my students not just about science but to believe in themselves and to not let anything get in their way of making a positive future for themselves.
I want my students to learn that anything is possible as long as they believe in themselves, stay focused, and pick themselves back up when they fall.
