Colonial Life Hospital Indemnity

Colonial Life Hospital Indemnity is a voluntary plan that helps employees with the out-of-pocket medical and non-medical expenses related to events such as hospital confinement, outpatient surgery, diagnostic tests and more. This program also offers a Wellness benefit payment for common preventative screenings and is available to employees enrolled in MVUSD medical coverage.

Employees can select the plan which best suits their needs through the Benefit Bridge online enrollment and can apply any remaining district contribution towards the monthly cost of this program.
