The Murrieta Valley Unified School District offers a competitive benefit package for all our eligible employees. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in our benefits program, receive employee and dependent health, dental and vision insurance, plus employee life and AD&D insurance.

The district provides an annual health and welfare contribution of $11,000.00. Employees working less than 40 hours per week pay a prorated cost of the benefit package they choose.

Eligible employees also receive retiree benefits through CalPERS or CalSTRS.
